Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations between 24-48 hrs
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment between 24-48hrs before your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of your full appointment cost.
Change of mind:
Eco Hair Salon will not issue price adjustments/refunds for change of mind (in line with cancelation/no show time scales.)
If you change your mind, you must let us know with at least 48hrs notice and we can amend your appointment without charge.
Cancellations under 24hrs
If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment within 24 hours of the start time of your appointment, or you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total service cost.
You will be invoiced for the service owed.
No future appointments will be offered until all cancellation/no show charges are paid.
Refusal Of Service
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reason such as: frequent cancelations, lateness and failure to comply with policies listed.
